Titan Cleaning Solutions is accepting applications for an eligible, honest and hard-working candidate to fill our Cleaning Technician position! Only serious inquiries need apply!

Pay rate will be $12-14 depending on cleaning/janitorial experience. Our technicians work on a 4x10 schedule, Tuesday-Friday, 10 hour days from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Company uniforms will be provided, at no expense to the employee, to include: 6 Moisture wicking T-Shirts, 1 hat, 1 winter coat, 1 hoodie and 1 new pair of slip-resistant shoes on an annual basis. Pants/shorts may be no higher than knee height and may not have any tears or embellishments. NO absences are permitted in the first 90 days of employment. Upon the 91st day, you will acquire 40 hours of PTO, meritoriously adding 1 additional day each year of employment with Titan. 9 paid Holidays (New Years Eve/Day, Christmas Eve/Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and the day after Thanksgiving) are also included.

Job expectations can include: bending, stooping, twisting, crawling, lifting/carrying up to 25lbs, walking/climbing flights of stairs, working independently and in team settings. Exposure to a variety of cleaning products. On the job training will be provided.

To ensure the most benefit of our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), we require that if you have facial hair, it MUST be groomed to fit within the respirator, or clean shaven. Hair color/style MUST be of a professional appearance to our clientele, specifically, no blue, green or extravagantly styled hair is permitted. Tattoos permitted assuming they are not of offensive material or gang affiliation. Piercings are also permitted assuming they are simple and do not interfere with PPE. Management may ask you to replace studs with clear studs during work hours.
